UKDocsSupport is owned and operated by Cristian Martinescu, self-employed (UK), UTR: 29155663. We provide administrative assistance and guidance for documents and applications in the United Kingdom. We do not provide legal representation and are not affiliated with public authorities (HMRC, Home Office, DVLA, etc.).

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the website and/or requesting services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.

3. Description of services

Services include, without limitation: UK administrative assistance, NINO applications, self-employed registration (UTR), Universal Credit support, DVLA support, bank account assistance, LTD company setup, VAT registration, Uber/Deliveroo setup, UK forms completion, housing/benefits support, official appointments assistance, payslip/HMRC guidance and general UK document assistance.

Nature of services: we provide guidance and administrative support. We do not provide legal, tax or regulated immigration advice and we do not guarantee outcomes with third-party authorities.

4. Communication

Communication may take place via WhatsApp, email and/or website contact forms. For quality and compliance, certain conversations may be retained for a reasonable period, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fees, payments and refunds

- Fees are quoted in GBP and may vary by complexity.
- Payment is due before work or consultation starts unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- No refunds are guaranteed for amounts paid once administrative work or consultations have started. If work has not started, we may, at our discretion, reschedule or apply a credit for future services.

6. Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information, valid documents, and timely responses. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted data and for meeting deadlines set by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UKDocsSupport is not liable for: delays/refusals by authorities or third parties; downtime of public platforms; indirect or consequential losses; or errors arising from client-provided information/documents. Any total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

8. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and our GDPR & Cookies Policy. By using the services, you confirm you have read and understood them.

9. Intellectual property

Content and materials provided by UKDocsSupport are protected. They may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on the website with the effective date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
